Commercial Law in Vietnam

The main law governing commercial activities in Vietnam is the Commercial Law which was passed in 2005 and has been amended several times since. It regulates commercial contracts, sale and purchase of goods, services provision, commercial promotion, competition restrictions, intellectual property rights, and e-commerce.
