Dr Niklas Maximilian Seitz specialises in product liability and product safety law. He advises manufacturing companies on all liability law issues, in particular on (inter)national sales law, tort law, product liability and product safety law and on licensing law issues. He represents companies both out of court and in court in all instances before German civil courts as well as before (inter)national authorities.
